To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags or labels intact. This applies to all standard items, including ink bottles (unopened and sealed), erasers (in original wrapping), and rulers (unscratched and undamaged).
Products that do not meet these eligibility criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange. This includes opened ink bottles (due to safety and hygiene reasons), used erasers, scratched or bent rulers, and items without their original packaging. Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the designated process outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order details to verify your purchase, and we will guide you through the steps to send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 3-7 business days).
